Your Visibility Score is not a number we made up. It is built from real signals we measure the exact same way for you and your competitors. Here is precisely what goes into it, why each part matters, and where the data comes from.
Your score out of 100 is the weighted blend of these four. If we cannot measure something yet, we leave it out rather than guess, and your score reflects only what we have actually verified.
What we measure. Speed on a phone, mobile usability, structured data, and how clearly your site answers the six questions every buyer asks.
Why it matters. A fast, clearly structured site is how both people and machines decide they can trust you.
Where the data comes from. Your live website (we read it the way Google does) and Google PageSpeed Insights.
The signals inside this pillar
Percentages are how much each signal counts toward this pillar.
What we measure. Your Google Business Profile completeness, review volume, rating, freshness, and how consistent your info is across the web.
Why it matters. For local search this is often more important than your website. It is the trust signal Google leans on hardest.
Where the data comes from. Google's public business data and your public reviews.
The signals inside this pillar
Percentages are how much each signal counts toward this pillar.
What we measure. Whether you are publishing real answers to real customer questions, how recently, and across how many channels.
Why it matters. Fresh, useful content is what keeps you in the conversation and gives AI something current to cite.
Where the data comes from. Your publishing activity across the web and the channels you connect.
The signals inside this pillar
Percentages are how much each signal counts toward this pillar.
What we measure. Entity clarity, citable structured content, and how often the major AI tools actually name you when someone asks for a business like yours.
Why it matters. Search is shifting from ten links to one AI answer that names one business. This measures whether that business is you.
Where the data comes from. We actually ask the major AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude) about your category and count how often you are named, plus the structured data on your site.

Every Visibility Score is delivered next to your top three competitors, scored across the same four pillars, on the same day, with the same method. We include a baseline read on where each competitor stands today in Website Foundation, Google Business Profile and reviews, content, and AI search. A number alone is a number. Your number next to theirs is the gap we close.
Before anyone calls, every buyer silently asks the same six questions: who you are, what problem you solve, who you serve, how you do it, what others say, and how to start. We read your homepage the way a customer would and score how many it answers where they will see it. It is the fastest gap to feel, it lives inside your Website Foundation score, and your free Visibility Score report shows exactly which questions your site answers and which it misses.
Your 0 to 100 score falls into one of six ranges. The range is not an opinion. It is the direct result of the signals above, scored the same way as your top three competitors.
Exceptional and rare. This is the position you defend and widen. The lead you have built is a moat.
You are at the top of your market. The gap between Strong and Dominant is where the money is. This range is where the work compounds fastest.
Good is 58. You are winning some searches. You are not winning the ones that matter most. The gap to the top of your market is closeable.
You are in the game. You are not the obvious choice. The gap between you and the businesses getting called is real and measurable.
You are starting to show up. You are getting passed over. You exist in the results. You are not winning them.
Most people searching right now cannot find you. The customers going to competitors are customers you will never know you lost.
The honest read: good is 58 and above, and the sweet spot is 65 to 75, which puts you clearly ahead of typical local competitors. 75 and up is great. Nobody scores 100: the AI and content signals are genuinely hard, and content is the human layer that stays with you, so even an excellent local business lands in the 70s. A number alone is just a number. Next to your three closest competitors, scored the same way, it becomes a decision. That comparison moves every day we work.
We score your top competitors on the identical signals and weights. Your rank is a like-for-like comparison, not our opinion of you.
If a signal cannot be measured yet, we leave it out and lower the confidence, rather than invent a number. Your score reflects only what we have verified.
Your instant score is an external-only snapshot. Before your call we run the complete version: every AI model, every competitor, repeated for accuracy.
